Welcome to TidyUp Your Workspace.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of our website, digital products, Notion templates, and services. By purchasing a product or service from TidyUp Your Workspace, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About TidyUp Your Workspace

2. Our Products and Services

TidyUp Your Workspace offers digital products and services designed to help individuals and businesses create more organized and efficient systems.

Our products and services may include:

• Notion templates;
• CRM systems and business management workspaces;
• downloadable guides and digital resources;
• customized Notion workspaces;
• consulting, implementation or setup services; and
• other digital products or services offered through our website or payment pages.

The exact contents and features of a product or service are described on the relevant product or service page at the time of purchase.

3. Digital Products

Our Notion templates and other downloadable products are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.

After successful payment, access will normally be provided digitally through an email, download page, PDF document, Notion link or another electronic method specified at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure that emails from TidyUp Your Workspace can be received.

If you have completed your payment but have not received access to your product, please contact us at romee@tidy-up.nl.

4. Notion and Third-Party Platforms

Some of our products are designed for use with Notion.

A Notion account may be required to use these products. Customers are responsible for creating and maintaining any required third-party accounts.

TidyUp Your Workspace is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.

We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, limitations, discontinued features or other changes made by Notion or any other third-party platform.

We aim to design our products around the functionality available at the time they are sold, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely if a third-party platform changes its services.

5. License to Use Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product from TidyUp Your Workspace, you purchase a license to use that product. Ownership of the underlying design, structure, content and intellectual property does not transfer to you.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes.

For business products, you may allow employees, contractors or team members within your own business to use the workspace where reasonably necessary for your business operations.

Clients may be given access to relevant pages, portals or views where the product is specifically designed for client collaboration.

You may customize the template for your own use.

You may not:

• resell the template or any modified version of it;
• redistribute or share a duplicate of the template with another person or business;
• offer the template as your own product;
• sell access to the template;
• upload the template to a marketplace, membership, template library or file-sharing platform;
• copy substantial parts of the product for the purpose of creating a competing product;
• remove our branding or copyright information for the purpose of reselling or redistributing the product; or
• otherwise commercially exploit our intellectual property without written permission.

If you would like to use one of our products in a way that falls outside this license, please contact us.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to our website, branding, digital products, templates, designs, written content, databases, graphics, videos, documentation and other original materials remain the property of TidyUp Your Workspace unless stated otherwise.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights to the customer.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from owning the information, documents, customer data or other content that you personally enter into a TidyUp workspace.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the relevant product or service page and/or payment page.

Where required, prices for consumers are displayed including applicable VAT.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

By completing a payment, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

An order becomes final once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted.

8. Immediate Delivery and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Different rules apply to digital content that is delivered immediately.

Where you request immediate access to a digital product, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to delivery beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun.

Where you have provided this express consent and acknowledgement and the digital product has been delivered or made accessible to you, the statutory right of withdrawal for that digital product ends in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where the requirements for the loss of the right of withdrawal have not been met, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

9. Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed, copied or duplicated immediately after delivery, we generally do not provide change-of-mind refunds after a digital product has been delivered where the customer has validly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you cannot access the product due to an error on our side;
• you received a different product from the one you purchased; or
• the digital product does not conform to what was promised,

please contact us at romee@tidy-up.nl so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution where required.

10. Product Information and Results

We aim to describe our products accurately and to provide clear information about their features before purchase.

However, screenshots, examples, demo data and illustrations are provided to demonstrate how a product can be used. Your own workspace, results and business processes may differ depending on how you configure and use the product.

Purchasing one of our business systems or templates does not guarantee any particular business result, revenue level, productivity improvement or other outcome.

Our products are organizational tools and do not constitute legal, tax, financial or accounting advice.

11. Updates to Digital Products

From time to time, we may improve, update or expand our digital products.

Unless specifically stated as part of the product you purchased, your purchase does not automatically include all future products, major redesigns, additional templates, consulting or customized implementation.

Where we choose to provide updates to existing customers, we may do so at our discretion unless an update is legally required.

12. Customized Services

Where TidyUp Your Workspace provides customized consulting, implementation or Notion workspace development, the scope of work may be described in a separate proposal, quotation, agreement or written confirmation.

That specific agreement takes precedence over these general Terms where the two conflict.

Customers are responsible for providing the information, feedback, approvals and access reasonably required to perform the agreed work.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation or additional payment.

Deadlines may be adjusted where work is delayed because required information, access or feedback has not been provided by the customer in time.

13. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• determining whether a product is suitable for your needs before purchasing it;
• maintaining backups of important business information;
• protecting access to your Notion account and other accounts;
• ensuring that information you enter into a workspace is lawful and accurate;
• complying with applicable privacy and data protection requirements when storing personal information about customers, leads, employees or other individuals; and
• using our products only for lawful purposes.

TidyUp Your Workspace is not responsible for customer data that is accidentally deleted, changed or lost through the customer's own actions or through a third-party platform, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Availability

We aim to keep our website and digital delivery systems available and functioning correctly.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an interruption prevents you from receiving a product you have paid for, please contact us so that we can restore access where reasonably possible.

15. Liability

TidyUp Your Workspace is responsible for losses where liability follows from applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses resulting from the way a customer chooses to use a template or workspace.

We are also not responsible for failures or changes caused solely by third-party services, including Notion, Stripe, hosting providers or other external platforms outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including any mandatory rights available to consumers.

Please include your name, the email address used for your purchase, your order details and a description of the issue.

We will aim to respond within a reasonable period and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

17. Privacy

When you place an order or otherwise interact with us, we may process personal information such as your name, email address, billing details and payment information.

Our processing of personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.

Payment information may also be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe according to their own privacy policies.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when our products, services or applicable laws change.

The Terms that applied at the time you made your purchase will normally continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.

The latest version of these Terms will be available on our website and will show the date of the most recent update.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not take away any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to under the laws applicable to you.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in accordance with applicable law, unless the parties resolve the dispute by mutual agreement.
